You'll focus on enhancing client outcomes through education and by applying nursing theory and educational theories in clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the development of clinical education initiatives • Provide guidance supporting staff and student learning • Facilitate quality improvement initiatives in care • Promote evidence-based practice within the organization • Engage collaboratively with physicians, patients, and teams

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in acute care • Adult education certification or experience preferred • Solid interpersonal and communication skills • Valid driver's license for site travel
