Our client is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join their team in Toronto. Reporting to the Leasing Manager, the successful candidate will support the leasing and administrative functions of a purpose-built residential apartment.

Responsibilities
Responds to residential leasing inquiries received by phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
Schedules and conducts suite showings for prospective residents.
Provides required notices of entry to current residents and coordinates viewing appointments while minimizing disruption.
Tours prospective residents through available suites and property amenities.
Assists prospective residents with completing rental applications and reviews applications to ensure they meet established criteria.
Prepares completed applications for final review and approval by the Property Manager.
Maintains accurate leasing records, traffic reports, market surveys, guest cards, and vacancy reports.




Tracks leasing activity and unit availability until vacancies are filled.
Updates marketing materials, website content, and social media platforms.
Works flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a solid customer service focus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
Robust organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Knowledge of residential tenancy legislation is considered an asset.
Valid driver's licence, access to a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel between properties.
Ability to speak Mandarin is an asset but not a requirement.
