Key Responsibilities: • Achieve high availability of MHE systems • Establish and refine maintenance program quality • Coordinate outside contractor maintenance schedules • Perform quality inspections on equipment • Assess employee repair standards and productivity

Requirements: • Degree in Engineering or equivalent credentials • 5 years in a supervisory capacity with skilled trades • 5 years experience with Conveyor systems in robust settings • Proven ability as a lead-hand or supervisor • Proficient in English for effective collaboration
