Cascades seeks a results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to enhance operational excellence at our Winnipeg facility. Collaborate across departments to drive safety, quality, and cost improvements.

In this full time leadership role, you will spearhead continuous improvement strategies aligned with Cascades' operational excellence framework. This includes championing Lean principles, facilitating Kaizen events, and analyzing performance data to identify improvement opportunities. Foster a culture of engagement by mentoring teams and ensuring sustainable implementation of improvements.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead development of continuous improvement strategy • Facilitate Kaizen workshops for measurable gains • Analyze operational performance data and trends • Coach leaders on continuous improvement tools • Integrate safety into all improvement initiatives

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field • 5+ years in continuous improvement within manufacturing • LEAN Certification preferred • Robust knowledge of Lean methodologies • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
