Boyd Autobody is seeking a dedicated Estimator to enhance the customer experience in collision repair. This position requires solid attention to detail while creating estimates and understanding insurance processes. You will work collaboratively with team members to achieve KPIs and ensure compliance with all client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed estimates using Audatex and Mitchell systems
• Communicate effectively with customers and insurance stakeholders




• Ensure adherence to WOW Operating Ways during the repair process
• Update ASE with customer interactions accurately
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety meetings
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 1-year experience with DRP compliance
• Basic computer skills for updates and scheduling
• Knowledge of Mitchell and Audatex systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
