Join Keolis Canada as an Advanced System Administrator providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. This role is vital for maintaining high-availability applications and systems onsite.

As a member of the 24x7x365 Infrastructure & Operations team, you will handle complex application and server issues, ensuring service targets are met. This includes troubleshooting IT incidents beyond central helpdesk capabilities and collaborating on enterprise application deployments. Regular travel to operating sites is required.

Key Responsibilities:



• Resolve escalated incidents and service requests from Tier 1 helpdesk • Conduct root-cause analysis on complex system issues • Administer and patch enterprise applications and servers • Act as technical escalation for vendors addressing defects • Document incidents and resolutions according to ITIL best practices

Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of Tier 2 and Tier 3 systems experience • Robust knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications • Experience with Azure and AWS services • Valid Class 5 driver's license for travel requirements • Preferred ITIL v4 Foundation or Microsoft certifications
