Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat critically ill patients
• Promote health through therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate actively in unit meetings and projects
• Champion patient safety in all aspects of care
Requirements:
• Ontario College of Nurses registration
• 3 years of Critical Care experience
• Current certifications in BCLS and ACLS
• Critical Care Certificate
• Willingness to achieve PALS certification within a year
