In this full time position, you will be an integral member of the Finance team at WELL Health. We're seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to handle financial statements, lead month-end closings, and support a culture of process improvement. Your leadership and analytical skills will help drive the financial performance of WELL Health's initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead month-end closes and mentor junior team members
• Analyze financial trends and prepare detailed insights
• Prepare journal entries and support financial reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations
• Provide recommendations for improving financial processes
Requirements:
• CPA designation and a bachelor's in relevant field
• 4+ years of senior accounting experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Solid grasp of IFRS principles
• Experience in M&A; integration is a plus
