This full-time position supports the Community Outreach & Intervention Initiative (COII) program at the Garry Hurvitz Centre for Community Mental Health. As a Child and Family Therapist, you will engage with children, youth, and families in need of mental health services, especially those facing barriers to traditional care. You'll utilize case management, therapy, and collaboration to create individualized care plans for clients in a supportive, diverse setting.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide individualized assessment and treatment services • Collaborate with community stakeholders to engage clients • Facilitate therapy groups for families and young children • Complete required documentation promptly and accurately • Ensure timely submission of client tracking information

Requirements: • Post-graduate degree in mental health discipline • Minimum three years' related clinical experience • Membership in a skilled college required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Flexible hours and travel to client locations
