Join Boardwalk as a Building Maintenance Worker to help maintain quality living spaces across Canada. This role includes performing emergency repairs and general upkeep of facilities.
In this position, you will be responsible for responding to maintenance requests and conducting preventative inspections. You'll coordinate with the Customer Care Team and ensure all work complies with quality standards. We seek enthusiastic individuals who can balance independent work with collaboration in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to maintenance requests within 72 hours
• Conduct emergency maintenance services promptly
• Maintain both vacant suites and common areas
• Coordinate turnover suite inspections
• Perform preventative maintenance reporting
Requirements:
• 2 years service experience in maintenance necessary
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transport
• Ability to lift considerable weights and stand for long periods
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Excellent time management and teamwork abilities
