Job type: Full time, Permanent (35 hours per week)

Job Description

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Schedule shifts for other staff like sandwich makers, etc. and set work procedures.
- Estimate & order restaurant supplies like breads, sauces, veggies etc.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Establish work schedules
- Ensure acceptable food quality and service levels.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised.

Job Requirements

- Must have completed high school education.
- Have knowledge of English language.
- Must have at least one year of work experience in similar field.
- Pay attention to details and be able to work in team.
