Key Responsibilities:
• Control budgeted hours and manage daily operations
• Assign and supervise tasks performed by cleaning staff
• Carry out thorough inspections to maintain quality
• Provide on-site training for new employees
• Enforce health and safety standards among the team
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in cleaning
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Experience in working with a Collective Agreement
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Transparent criminal background check necessary
