Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate palliative and end-of-life care services
• Teach staff and evaluate palliative care techniques

• Assess patient and family needs for effective support
• Manage and mentor primary care providers in palliative practices
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with BCCNM
• Certificate in Hospice Palliative Care Nursing
• Three years in palliative care nursing experience
• Valid BC Driver's license for vehicle use
• Experience in education and project management
