This position requires you to apply your extensive background in maintenance within industrial environments to ensure optimal performance of critical assets. You will develop and implement maintenance strategies including preventive and predictive methods, while continuously improving reliability metrics. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine maintenance processes for key plant assets
• Lead Asset Criticality Assessments and risk analyses
• Drive defect elimination and reliability improvement initiatives
• Monitor and analyze health metrics of equipment
• Prepare reports on reliability performance indicators
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s in Mechanical Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant industrial experience required
• Solid technical knowledge of fixed plant systems
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
