This role requires extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to guide architectural design while serving as a liaison between HR and technical teams. You will lead solution design workshops, implement best practices, and ensure long-term platform success across various SuccessFactors modules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize SuccessFactors platform architecture
• Lead solution design workshops for cross-functional teams
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management
• Drive user adoption and process excellence initiatives




• Establish governance models and SuccessFactors CoE
Requirements:
• 8+ years in SAP SuccessFactors architecture or leadership roles
• Deep expertise in Employee Central, LMS, and Recruiting
• Proven experience in enterprise-wide CRM implementations
• Robust understanding of HR operating models and change management
• Certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or Architect
