In this full time role, you will manage a crew of 3-5 members, ensuring safety and productivity while executing landscape maintenance tasks. You will handle digital work records and conduct site inspections focusing on weeding, pruning, and overall site upkeep. Collaborate with the field supervisor, and make recommendations to enhance property value and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise crew members for safety and productivity
• Complete safety and inspection records digitally
• Inspect properties for weeding and vegetation control
• Recommend upgrades to the Estimating department
• Operate power equipment including mowers and trimmers
Requirements:
• Experience leading a crew of 3-5 workers
• Clean, insurable G License
• Comfortable with truck and trailer driving
• Ability to work in diverse weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail
