About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership across a broad portfolio that is essential to the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective leadership of corporate services, including finance, procurement, security, facilities operations, and maintenance. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization's corporate infrastructure supports the safe, consistent, and high-quality delivery of patient care.



The Vice President will also be accountable for the stewardship of the organization's financial resources, leading financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in business or a related field, a CPA designation, and 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in the healthcare environment. Key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of integrated strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's strategic plan, as well as fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role requires a leader who can manage complex operational functions, large-scale initiatives, and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. The candidate should be an effective and cooperative leader, capable of building strong relationships, influencing across the organization, and fostering a high-performing, accountable, and engaged team.
