Candidates must have over five years of payroll experience along with at least four years in accounting. You will also oversee perks administration and ensure statutory compliance while managing office operations and supporting your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle payroll processing in BC, ON, and AB
• Administer employee benefits and handle updates and renewals
• Manage payroll statutory obligations and year-end tasks




• Coordinate closely with banks and external advisors
• Supervise office operations and support the Receptionist/Coordinator
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ payroll experience in financial environments
• 4+ years’ accounting experience
• Office administration skills preferred
• PCP or PLP designation is advantageous
• Must be on-site five days a week
