Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, you will become integral to the Projects team and collaborate with Sales Representatives. This position requires managing customer orders, tracking project timelines, and responding swiftly to client needs. You will actively maintain industry knowledge to support the estimation process and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quotes and negotiate with suppliers
• Coordinate all aspects of customer orders
• Monitor project developments and address concerns
• Serve as a key point of contact for the project team
• Develop lasting relationships with clients
Requirements:
• Required grade 12 education
• Five years of experience in estimation or related field
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Proven problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office Tools
