The Senior Manager, Talent Business Partner leads key Talent initiatives, provides expert guidance on complex people matters, and delivers tailored HR solutions that meet evolving business needs. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement across Talent processes, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of HR programs and priorities across their client groups.
