Reporting to the Payroll & Benefits Manager, you will manage full-cycle payroll for salaried and hourly employees across Canada and multiple U.S. states. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate full-cycle payroll for Canadian and U.S. employees
• Verify hourly staff timesheets before payroll processing




• Maintain current employee pay records and deductions
• Ensure compliance with Canadian statutory deductions
• Assist in tracking leave-related pay situations
Requirements:
• A couple of years of Canadian payroll experience
• Some familiarity with U.S. payroll preferred
• Proficient with payroll and HR software
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy with sensitive information
• Robust ability to meet multiple deadlines
