In this role with Pomerleau, you will bring your 5+ years of experience in construction QA/QC to drive the execution of Project QMS and support quality assurance across all construction phases. This includes developing Inspection & Test Plans and leading site inspections. You will act as a quality authority, ensuring that every aspect meets regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and implement Project QMS aligned with company objectives
• Develop and enforce Inspection & Test Plans
• Define inspection requirements and hold points




• Conduct quality site inspections and generate reports
• Oversee NCR management including root cause analysis
Requirements:
• 5 years minimum in QA/QC construction roles
• Solid knowledge of codes and industry standards
• Experience managing inspections, testing, and NCRs
• Proficient in enforcing technical site requirements
• Eligibility for secret clearance is essential
