In this role, you will prioritize and triage tasks, work closely with Sales and Customer Success to align expectations, and serve as the technical bridge to our customers. Your keen understanding of product and data issues will empower you to drive significant improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests for maximum customer value
• Collaborate with Sales and Support teams for impact analysis
• Investigate data issues, serving as a technical liaison

Requirements:
• 2+ years in a SaaS company or similar role
