As the Highway Lead for Alberta, you will oversee complex highway infrastructure projects for Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors, supporting both Edmonton and Calgary teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of highway engineering and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead major highway projects from design to construction
• Manage project scope, budgets, and quality control
• Develop key project documentation like execution and QA/QC plans
• Oversee multidisciplinary technical deliverables and compliance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Technologist Degree
• Registered Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) or equivalent
• 15+ years in highway engineering project management
• Proven track record with Alberta Transportation projects
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
