As a valued member of VHA's nursing team, you will work bi-weekly weekend evening shifts, supporting clients through advanced clinical care tasks like wound care, medication management, and mental health support. You'll be essential in coordinating care and ensuring quality service according to the College of Nurses of Ontario Practice Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate client care plans regularly
• Deliver advanced nursing care, including IV management




• Maintain documentation according to nursing standards
• Participate in team meetings and on-call rotations
• Communicate effectively with clients and families
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN diploma or RN degree from recognized institution
• Valid First Aid or CPR Certification
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Experience in acute care preferred
