Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and respond to dental conduct complaints
• Manage cases using electronic documentation systems
• Review and disclose investigation records to stakeholders
• Represent the College at external stakeholder meetings
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• University degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven investigative techniques and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication expertise
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom
