Your expertise in needs assessment, case management, and supportive counseling will be vital in promoting effective tenancies. You will assist applicants and tenants to meet their responsibilities, ensuring adherence to Manitoba Housing policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored tenant support and case management services
• Develop programs enhancing tenant and community engagement
• Conduct needs assessments and assist in problem-solving




• Communicate effectively with tenants and stakeholders
• Coordinate community resources to support tenants
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in social sciences or related field
• Experience in social services and case management
• Proficient in conflict resolution and crisis management
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Manitoba driver’s licence and ability to travel
