In this permanent position, you will support about 500 associates and lead day-to-day HR operations. This role requires a seasoned HR skilled with strong experience in employee relations, performance management, and labor relations. You will also coach operational leaders through complex workforce challenges in a energetic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily Human Resources functions across multiple locations • Provide coaching on employee relations and performance issues • Conduct workplace investigations and suggest resolutions • Administer the Collective Agreement, engaging with union reps • Support labor relations initiatives and manage grievances
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field • Minimum five years of progressive HR experience • Three years supporting a unionized workforce • Experience in leading HR teams • Valid driver's license with travel capability
