Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Real Estate & Facilities, you'll oversee diverse construction projects throughout the Western Canada clinic network. Your proactive approach will help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing multi-site projects
• Regularly visit project sites for inspections
• Manage interactions between teams and contractors
• Keep project documentation organized and up to date
• Proactively identify risks in project timelines
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar construction role
• Ability to travel overnight for site visits
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication with all stakeholders
