This position on the accounting team seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. You will handle invoice postings, approvals, and reconciliations while ensuring timely payments for various suppliers. Key Responsibilities:
• Post all invoices accurately and efficiently
• Manage approvals for all incoming invoices
• Perform reconciliations of payable statements with GL
• Make demand and accounts payable cheques
• Prepare documents for year-end auditor requests
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Accounts Payable roles
• 2 years using CDK software
• 2 years in Vendor Management preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Experience in dealership accounting is preferred
