We're seeking a passionate individual with 5+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty and automobile underwriting. You'll analyze and manage a diverse portfolio, mentor junior staff, and maintain robust inter-department relationships. Your ability to evaluate and communicate results will be key in driving growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical underwriting expertise across property, casualty, and auto lines
• Analyze portfolio results to meet profit and growth goals




• Offer exceptional service and support to assigned brokers
• Mentor and train junior underwriting staff as needed
• Conduct peer quality control audits and maintain compliance
Requirements:
• University or College degree
• CIP designation required, CRM or FCIP as an asset
• Minimum 5 years of underwriting experience
• Strong communication skills for collaboration
• Ability to manage relationships effectively
