In your position as Scrum Master, you'll need 6+ years of work experience, including 3 years in a Scrum Master capacity overseeing multiple Agile teams. You will lead Scrum ceremonies, coach teams in Agile methodologies, and ensure a consistent approach to delivery governance. Your expertise will be vital in removing impediments and achieving both sprint and release goals effectively.
