As a Manager, Strategic Initiatives, you will report to the Director, Electrical Standards. Your leadership will drive strategic planning and execution within the electrical standards portfolio. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify emerging trends, secure funding, and promote standard solutions across sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to align staff with strategic objectives
• Collaborate on defining functional strategies and monitoring progress
• Identify recent business development opportunities




• Support stakeholder engagement to drive business initiatives
• Interface with government relations on key policy developments
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in relationship management or business planning
• 10 years in business, government, or non-profit sectors
• Experience in standards development or project management
• Robust presentation skills to senior management
• Knowledge of funding and research opportunities
