Must Have:

Oracle 12C or higher – 10+

DB SQL including DB Objects such as Tables, Views, Sequences, Store Procedure, Functions, Triggers 5 Years +

Angular JS v2+ - 5+

Typescript - 5+

HTML 5.0, CSS - 5+

Node such as NPM - 5+

RXJS - 5+





Spring Framework (MVC, Security, JPA, Boot)

WebSphere v8.5 or higher – 5+

Bitbucket – 3+

Experience with AODA/WCAG 2.0 AA a must

Experience with Responsive Web application development

The consultant who have any of these are a plus :

REST API

Hibernate/JPA

Maven

Knowledge of security gateways and protocols (JWT, Oauth2.0, SSL Certificates)

Solid Understanding of Agile

Knowledge of major architectures style (message oriented, reactive, event based)
