Key Responsibilities:
• Lead training sessions for dealership personnel • Establish presence at industry events for networking • Create strategies to improve dealer relationships • Advance product selling expertise within networks • Conduct best practice reviews for compliance
Requirements: • 3+ years Power Sports related management • Proven success in training dealership staff • Extensive F&I; product knowledge • Willingness to travel for training programs • Solid public speaking abilities
