As a Building Maintenance Engineer, you will report directly to the Director of Engineering. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining core systems such as plumbing and HVAC. Additionally, you will address maintenance requests from guests and colleagues promptly, assisting fellow maintenance staff as required and performing other assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain plumbing and HVAC systems • Respond promptly to maintenance issues • Assist Maintenance colleagues when necessary • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: • 4th Class Power Engineer Certification or Red Seal Trade Certification • Minimum one year of relevant plant experience • Robust problem-solving skills, works well with minimal supervision • Excellent organizational skills and qualified presentation • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
