This permanent role at our client’s downtown Toronto location requires a Payroll Specialist to accurately process payroll for 200+ staff. Collaborating closely with Finance and HR, you’ll maintain compliance and data integrity, providing exceptional support to employees. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle payroll processing for employees
• Update payroll records based on employee changes
• Ensure accurate statutory deductions reconciliation
• Prepare annual year-end payroll reporting
• Provide timely responses to payroll inquiries
Requirements:
• 3+ years of payroll and benefits experience needed
• Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
• Knowledge of Employment Standards and CRA regulations
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, especially UltiPro
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office and data analysis
