You will be responsible for addressing minor incidents and managing hardware returns, including processing repairs and replacements of malfunctioning PCs. Key Responsibilities:
• Process hardware requests and minor incidents promptly

• Assist in packaging and shipping IS Client assets
• Provide considerate and high-quality equipment handling
Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills for effective multitasking
• Proficient in communicating updates to team members
• Intermediate troubleshooting for common PC issues
• Familiar with internal components and replacements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and SCCM
