About the Role

The Company is seeking a District Vice President for Retail Sales in Northern Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new accounts and supporting existing ones within the territory. This role involves servicing clients, generating sales, conducting office sales calls, and identifying new business opportunities. The District Vice President will also be expected to prepare and deliver sales and training presentations, provide feedback on client needs, and work with the sales team to improve sales potential. The position requires a energetic and effective communicator, a superior relationship builder,



and a team player with excellent knowledge of the securities industry and the stock and bond markets.

Applicants for the District Vice President role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of relevant experience in a sales environment, with a strong preference for those with a background in financial services. The role demands a creative problem solver with the ability to exercise sound judgment and a proactive approach to meeting client needs. A post-secondary education, preferably in business or marketing, is required, along with the successful completion of the CSC. Enrolment or completion of financial industry-related accreditations such as CFA, CIM, CFP, CAIA, or a graduate degree, is considered an asset. The position also requires the ability to lead territory expenses, frequent travel, and a commitment to the company's values of being better, accountable, and a team player.
