As a Maintenance Planner, you will coordinate maintenance activities while ensuring resources and parts are ready for effective execution. This role requires managing contractors, prioritizing critical works, and championing safety standards. You will track results, enhance processes, and help implement continuous improvement projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan predictive, preventive, and condition-based maintenance
• Secure and manage contractors to meet safety standards
• Manage contractor performance in system tracking




• Monitor work order backlog and schedule efficiently
• Drive continuous improvement projects related to maintenance
Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience in a technical field, preferably consumer goods
• Technical certification or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Robust analysis and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
