About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) to lead its global financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic finance capabilities. This executive will be a key partner to the CEO, CFO, executive leaders, and the Board, shaping business strategy, and driving profitable growth. The role requires a forward-thinking finance leader with a strong background in enterprise FP&A;, particularly within a global technology, SaaS, or high-growth organization.



The successful candidate will be responsible for leading global budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, as well as delivering actionable financial insights to influence investment priorities and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading finance transformation initiatives, including the implementation of up-to-date planning platforms, automation, and AI-enabled analytics. They should also have exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing global teams, and a strong focus on fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement. The role demands a leader with outstanding communication and executive presentation skills, capable of translating complex financial information into clear business insights. A deep understanding of capital allocation, financial modeling, and value creation is essential, as is the ability to modernize FP&A; through technology and champion the use of modern planning and business intelligence tools.
