Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Kal Tire’s Health & Safety Program
• Train and mentor team members on-site
• Ensure high service standards for customers

Requirements:
• Experience as an OTR Tire Technician “Level A” preferred
• Supervisory experience in the tire industry required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated self-starter with problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements
