As a Program Delivery Specialist, you will collaborate with Program Managers and Directors to provide critical logistical and administrative support for various programs. Your responsibilities will include assessing program needs, managing technology setups for events, and curating enriching experiences for faculty and participants. You will be pivotal in ensuring all materials and scheduling align with program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support planning and organization of program-related events
• Collaborate with teams to assess leadership program needs




• Oversee technology setup and operation for program delivery
• Curate faculty and participant experiences in workshops
• Maintain communication of program schedules and details
Requirements:
• 5+ years in project or event production settings
• University degree in Humanities, Arts Administration, or equivalent
• Advanced InDesign and informational design skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Robust organizational and time management capabilities
