As a Van Outreach Worker, your primary aim will be delivering essential services to those most in need. Through the outreach van, you’ll ensure that vulnerable individuals receive food, shelter, and medical attention during emergencies. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver food and personal hygiene supplies to community members
• Operate the van and provide transport as directed
• Document critical incidents and maintain accurate records




• Conduct wellness checks in encampments and shelters

Requirements:
• Education and experience in human services preferred
