12 Months Job Summary:

We are seeking an

Electrical Technician I

to support electronics manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

electronic testing, troubleshooting, circuit analysis, and product repair

within an electronics manufacturing environment. This role involves diagnosing failures, performing testing, supporting production activities, and ensuring products meet quality and performance standards. Key Responsibilities:

Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic products across production lines. Analyze product failures and conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and corrective actions. Set up and operate electronic test stations, fixtures, and measurement equipment. Perform circuit analysis and functional troubleshooting using electrical schematics and technical documentation. Repair and adjust electronic circuits to meet product specifications and industry standards. Maintain and troubleshoot electronically controlled machines, test rigs, and production equipment. Support prototype builds, pilot production units, and engineering change implementations. Process non-conforming materials (NCM)



and accurately document failure/defect codes in ERP systems. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement. Support assembly, packaging, and shipment preparation activities as required. Assist with mechanical assembly of electrical assemblies and subassemblies when needed. Required Qualifications:

Electronics Technologist Diploma/Certificate or equivalent technical education. Minimum

3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing services (EMS)

or a similar production environment. Robust ability to read and interpret: Manufacturing drawings Technical specifications Industry standards Hands‑on experience with: Electronic test equipment and fixtures Soldering and rework tools Microscopes Mechanical measurement gauges Robust troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to

35 lbs as part of daily job duties . Preferred Qualifications:

IPC Repair and Rework Certification (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721 preferred). Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems. Experience supporting electrical panels, industrial electronics, or control systems
