Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the gatekeeper to the Senior Vice President
• Strategically manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders




• Lead budget planning and process department invoices
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of current employees
• Attend senior leadership meetings and capture notes
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in senior-level support
• Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS applications and digital literacy
• Experience in pension or financial services is an asset
