At University Health Network (UHN), you'll support the Interventional Radiology Improvement Initiative from Toronto General Hospital. This contract role focuses on operational improvement projects, applying data-driven insights to improve efficiency and patient experiences. As a key part of the team, you'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive initiatives within mandated timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify process gaps and propose operational solutions
• Analyze workflow and performance data for trends
• Develop IR performance dashboards and reports
• Implement process improvements and tools
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and staff
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare improvement projects
• Solid analytical and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
