Reporting directly to the Engineering EMC Section Chief, this agile position includes leading engineering initiatives on EMI, Lightning, and HIRF. You will engage in complex analyses, oversee compliance documentation, and drive knowledge initiatives while mentoring junior staff. Your contributions will support all Bombardier products, ensuring they meet rigorous safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex EMC engineering tasks and analyses
• Oversee EMC certification processes and issue resolutions
• Define project scopes, milestones, and technical risks
• Analyze recent designs for EMC impacts and compliance
• Support R&D; collaboration to resolve Electromagnetic issues
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
• At least 8 years of EMC experience
• 4 years in aerospace EMC qualification tasks
• Familiarity with industry standards and airworthiness regulations
• Robust leadership and communication abilities
