Lead exciting client engagements at our Concord, ON studio as a full time Technical Project Manager. Drive project success by managing schedules, client comms, and deliverables effectively.
In this role, you will oversee two to three concurrent client engagements alongside senior engineers or game developers. Your robust technical background will empower you to read code, push back against unreasonable project scopes, and ensure timely deliveries. Your proactive approach will be vital in surfacing blockers and coordinating solutions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: • Run multiple client engagements from start to finish • Own schedules and conduct weekly customer demonstrations • Address scope creep and unrealistic deadlines assertively • Identify blockers swiftly; work with the team to resolve them • Manage post-launch support for ongoing projects
Requirements: • 5+ years managing software or game projects • High technical literacy; ability to read and explain PRs • Proven ability to deliver projects on or near schedule
