This Aquatics Lead position reports to the Programmer, Aquatics, and is vital for delivering secure and customer-focused aquatic programs. You will manage planning, scheduling, staff oversight, and operational coordination to serve residents effectively. Your contributions will promote inclusivity and ensure a protected aquatic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform duties as Lifeguard and Swim Instructor
• Plan and execute inclusive aquatic programs
• Maintain facility safety and cleanliness




• Supervise aquatic participants and staff effectively
• Deliver exceptional customer service internally and externally
Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR C, Swim Instruction, and Lifesaving
• Minimum 1 year of Lifeguard and Swim Instructor experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Solid leadership and communication skills
